Senior Pastor
James Brown, Jr.

Jim Brown is Senior Pastor at Faith. In this role, he teaches the Holy Scriptures in the 10:45 a.m. worship services, is team leader for the church staff, and he insures that church members receive care in their times of special need and opportunities to grow in Christian Faith and to serve Christ the entire time they are at Faith. Pastor Brown's undergraduate degree is in history. He has a Master of Divinity Degree and before moving to Faith from his former pastorate in North Carolina, came within a semester of completing a second Bachelor's Degree in Personnel Management. Reverend Brown was born in Philadelphia and raised in southern New Jersey. He and his wife Pat have two married daughters and two grandchildren. The Browns have been at FPC since 1985. Jim and Pat love living their lives in connection with the diverse church family at Faith. Jim's passions are nurturing people in Christian faith and encouraging them to use their gifts and abilities to serve others. Pat enjoys teaching women's Bible studies and is a part-time French teacher. Jim is actively engaged in world missionary activities. His hobbies are architecture, travel and reading. Associate Pastor, Youth & Children's Ministry
Kevin Koslowsky

Kevin Koslowsky, Associate Pastor for Youth and Children's Ministries, is a South Jersey native. Kevin graduated from Messiah College in Grantham, PA with degrees in Bible and Philosophy. As a college student, Kevin served as the youth ministry summer intern at Fellowship Alliance Chapel in Medford, NJ. He directed the weekly sports outreach, small group Bible studies, and large group events for a middle school student ministry of more than a hundred students. Kevin then served as Director of Christian Education and Youth Ministries at Stewartstown Presbyterian Church in Stewartstown, PA. He launched adult small group Bible studies, initiated an interactive children's Sunday School program, and led the middle school and high school youth ministries. Kevin has served in youth and children's ministries at FPC since 2002 and was ordained by Heritage Presbytery in 2006. Kevin began his seminary studies at Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, MO and graduated in 2007 with a Master of Divinity degree from Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia, PA. Along with his passion for sharing the Gospel through youth and children's ministries, Kevin's interests include reading, music (including some strumming on the guitar), and a wide variety of athletic and outdoor activities. Kevin married his high school sweetheart Laura in 1999, and the Lord has given them three children: David, born 2002; Leah, born 2005; and Samuel, born 2009. kevin@faithwilmington.com
Coordinator of Outreach and Young Adult Ministries
Tom Harr

Tom Harr, Ruling Elder and Coordinator of Outreach and Young Adult Ministries joined the pastoral staff at Faith Presbyterian Church in July 2010 after a 14-year career with Sunoco, Inc. Raised in Southern New Jersey, Tom moved to Delaware to attend the University of Delaware, where he graduated in 1996 with a degree in Finance. During his career at Sunoco, Tom served in various financial analyst and management roles while studying for future full-time ministry through Reformed Theological Seminary. Also during that time, Tom served on the organizing leadership team for All Nations Fellowship, a church plant in Northern Delaware focused on multi-ethnic ministry. In this role, he was able to test his ministry gifts of service, teaching and leading while fueling a love for Jesus and a desire to make him known to all people. He was married in 2002 to Stacey, whom he met while serving at All Nations Fellowship. They became members of Faith Presbyterian Church in 2008 and have three children: twin boys, Austin and Davis, born in 2007 and a daughter, Essie, born in 2009. Tom and Stacey enjoy entertaining people in their home, playing with their children reading and watching movies. Tom was elected a Ruling Elder at Faith in February 2010 and in his current staff role is responsible for coordinating outreach to our surrounding community, facilitating the activities of Faith's college and career-age young adults and overseeing the church's Community Groups. tom@faithwilmington.com
